Age Verify You Calves

This spring we will accept  Age Verified and Non Verified calves in our Presorts, however some packages will be sorted to Age Verified groups according to Buyers orders.   We still recommend Age Verifying your calves and if you have any questions contact us. Birth Certificates must accompany calves to the market.  Please age verify well in advance to avoid any unforeseen problems (ie website down, tags not registered to producer by retailer, etc.)  You can enter this information by clicking on this link www.clia.livestockid.ca/CLTS/public/splash.do  

If you do not have access to the internet, contact the CCIA @ 1-877-909-2333 and they will be able to help get your calves age verified or feel free to contact us at the market @ 306-735-7813.   Make sure to Age Verify Your Calves

 

Steps To Age Verify Your Calves

1.  If first time attempting, phone 877 909 2333, ask for User Name, and

Account or PIN number.

2.  Go to internet site www.clia.livestockid.ca using above information, create a password.

3.  Enter events online to enter tag numbers and starting birthdates.  Submit.  Write down Transaction ID #.

4.  Check "request history" using the above ID #.  Make sure the info submitted is correct and confirmed. 

5.  Go to reports, print out birth certificate.  Check that birth dates are present; sign and deliver a copy of it each week you deliver calves that are on that certificate.  The birth certificate must accompany the cattle to the auction. 

6.  If a printer is unavailable, please call the auction at 306 735 2822 with the Transaction ID # prior to delivery day and we can print a birth certificate for you.

7.  If you have an account with CCIA but do not have time or computer down, call us with account info and tag #s, etc prior to delivery day and we can enter info for you.

8.  If you want us to enter all info you must sign a third party form more than 1 day prior to delivery and we will do the rest.
